We did the Brooklyn Heights & DUMBO walking tour offered by POD Hotels. David was great! He took all the unexpected occurrences and made them work in spite of unplanned train and station closures. He was knowledgeable and had old pictures to accompany his stories. He shared cool facts with the group like we were insiders learning deep secrets of NYC. We walked along streets that weren’t a part of the four, but turned out were great sightseeing spots in Brooklyn. Way to make the detours even more valuable!! Loved his lighthearted humor and the scoop on restaurants and things happening in the city as they unfolded right before our very eyes. Thanks for showing us the cool spots to take memorable pics and ensuring we made our way back to the hotel or onto our next sightseeing spot. A worthy walking tour indeed. First pic is a peek of the Manhattan Bridge just passed the Brooklyn’s Post Office. The second pic is a capture of the Brooklyn Historical Society and a row of Brownstones with a rear view of David (tour guide).
