Omar, our driver, was punctual, friendly, and expeditious. We got to the airport in minimal time. He was helpful with the baggage.

Booked a shared transfer from the UK to take us from Midtown Manhattan to Newark Airport. Good communication from the company. I didn’t receive the driver and car information email because the hotel lobby Wi-Fi was rubbish but the driver Maria came and found us and helped us with our luggage. Nice roomy luxury minibus and we were the only passengers. Tip for booking from the UK - the website didn’t like a UK postcode when entering the billing address so I just used the hotel US zip code. Would definitely recommend this company.

If i could leave zero stars i would. Booked a reservation and within 1 minute of booking realized i made a mistake and called right away to cancel. The woman i spoke to said there is an $85 cancellation fee and I repeated it back to her and said $85 that’s almost triple the fair. The started to yell and me and say that’s our cancellation fee you can pay it or change your reservation. I explained the reservation was booked 2 minutes prior and there is no way I would be rebooking with a company that is so nasty. She proceeded to yell at me for another minute and asked for my email that was provided on the confirmation. I haven’t experienced this level of disrespect from a company in a long time. Thank god I didn’t go through with the reservation…
