Captain Bill and his crew Callum made this experience one I will remember for a lifetime! While Manta Rays are wild animals and unpredictable, they did an amazing job moving us around until we had a whole group of Mantas putting on a show. Callum was extremely knowledgeable, he was able to name the Mantas based on their markings and shared so many interesting facts about the species ! He also gave many recommendations for food and activities in Kona which helped me plan my last few days on Big Island. Captain Bill kept us safe and comfortable, and provided delicious snacks that we got to enjoy on the cruise out and back. Will absolutely be recommending Manta Adventures to anyone visiting the Kona area!

What an awesome trip. If you come to the big island you got to do this. It’s a once in a lifetime thing. Captain Bill and his crew were awesome. Very professional and very knowledgeable.

Did see 3 manta rays on that trip. Had some problems with one of the boards kept coming untied from the railing you hold on to. After repeated tries to get it tied up a piece of PVC pipe that centers the broad to railing broke off, which cause railing to fill with water and sink even more. Calum was very good at his job, was very easy going, never got excited about anything, very helpful getting people back to the boat, knew lots of interesting facts about the manta rays and Hawaiian culture that he shared with us. If it wasn't for Calum would have been a poor outing. Thanks again Calum
