На наших судах больше места на одного пассажира. Мебель имеет толстое покрытие с гладкой поверхностью для дезинфекции. Оборудование пропитано дезинфицирующим средством больничного класса. Светильники в туалете активируются движением. Станции с дезинфицирующим средством для рук расположены повсюду. Ежедневная санитарная обработка всего сосуда.

We had a very great experience. I went with my Mom, my sister, my husband, and my two young children. We all had different swimming background ranging from beginners to expert swimmers. My mom in particular had no swimming experience. Tayoko (I’m sorry if I spelled your name wrong), went above and beyond to make this a great first snorkeling experience for my mom. She made her feel so comfortable and was so patient in teaching her. It was outside my moms comfort zone, but Tayoko encouraged her and made things happen. She also made sure that I was comfortable with my 2 years old daughter before handing her to me in the water. Olivia (the lifeguard), also made sure that we were safe making sure that we weren’t too far away from the Catamaran. There was one more little lady, who also helped us, but I can’t remember her name. Overall, from the staff to the captain, they made us feel welcomed and made sure we were comfortable fro The begging to the end of the trip. I would definitely recommend this 10/10 to my family and friends. We were very happy!!! An added bonus was we got to see the back of Molokoni Crater which is rare. We also got to go to Makena Beach for more snorkeling. Although we did not get to see any turtles on this trip, we still got to see a lot of beautiful exotic fish.

I am compelled to elaborate on your very detailed review, because after 40 years in the business, I’ve yet to meet anyone who cares as much about our guests as Takako. I’ve lost count of the vast number of guests who’ve taken time out of their valuable vacation to let us know how special their day with us was, because of the level of care they felt and experienced from our crew and Takako in particular. As our General Manager, her passion for the ocean, and conviction to exceeding the expectation of each and every guest we are honored to serve, is unmatched. Best of all, is that she successfully has mentored the rest of the team, who by following her lead, too have become the very best in the business. You will not experience the level of service we deliver on any other charter boat, anywhere, and I’m the luckiest owner in the business to have such a solid team, led by Takako, who is a remarkable person and leader. Thank you for recognizing her and sharing your family’s experience in our care, aboard our flagship, Pride of Maui.

Great tour! Great crew! Lots of personal touches. Lunch was on the grill in a lovely parking spot. Unfortunately, We didn’t get to go to turtle town due to the water being too murky along the shoreline. I would’ve liked to have gone there anyway even if we couldn’t snorkel but it wasn’t offered. We saw other boats but this was a great size, not too many people onboard. I wish this app allowed 4.5 stars cause the only drawback was due to circumstances beyond their control but it was disappointing. I recommend this tour as it is worth it.

I am glad you had such a great time aboard our flagship, Pride of Maui. Nothing like a big juicy burger fresh off the grill, out on the ocean. Its a bummer that you held back from 5 stars because 4.5 isn't an option, though you really should be pleased that we didn't take you to Turtle Town when the wind chop and swells caused the water to be murky and uncomfortable. Your safety is our number one priority, followed closely by taking you to the snorkeling locations offering the very best conditions.
