На наших судах больше места на одного пассажира. Мебель имеет толстое покрытие с гладкой поверхностью для дезинфекции. Оборудование пропитано дезинфицирующим средством больничного класса. Светильники в туалете активируются движением. Станции с дезинфицирующим средством для рук расположены повсюду. Ежедневная санитарная обработка всего сосуда.

This crew is truly professional. We have done snorkeling tours before but these guys are good. We did not get to snorkel the crater because of rough water but found another location and all was good.

I was really looking forward to snorkeling and seeing coral reef, diverse fish, and turtles, however, I was disappointed as the coral reef was minimal, only a few different kinds of fish, and no turtles in sight. Plus, everything was an additional expense like the wetsuit rental and an extra $70 if you wanted to go 10 feet deep.

I’m sorry, but it’s just not possible to only see a few fish at any of our snorkel location, not to mention that we would not be a thriving business of 40 years if we took our guests out to a barren reef to snorkel. Thankfully there a ten fold the number of guests who appreciate the beauty of Maui, being out on the ocean aboard Maui’s largest Maxi Power Catamaran, in the care of master Captains and crew with decades of experience. Pride of Maui is the only boat which operates at 60% of our US Coast Guard capacity, so that our guests have plenty of room to comfortably enjoy her sprawling open space. We provide a light breakfast of fruit, muffins, croissants, juice and locally grown coffee. Your BBQ lunch is cooked right onboard and served hot off the grill. We serve big juicy hamburgers, marinated chicken, and jumbo hot dogs, with all the giving. Guests enjoy white chocolate macadamia nut cookies baked fresh daily in our own kitchen. After snorkeling, we even provide an open bar at no additional cost. We charge a nominal rate of just $10 for guests who wish to rent a wet suit. This is an optional offering and the reason we charge for the wetsuits is so we can regularly replace them, so that you are provided with a quality comfortable wetsuit. We do operate an onboard SNUBA diving program where guests have the option of experiencing breathing from a scuba tank, underwater at a depth of about 15 feet for about 20 minutes. Both the wetsuits and the SNUBA diving are optional additional amenities on the boat for guests who choose to enjoy. Of course there is an additional cost to SNUBA dive, but it’s optional. We must pay the professional SNUBA Instructor, and maintain the SNUBA equipment to the highest standard. Listen, if you race around the coral reef looking for turtles, they will likely swim the other direction, and you won’t see them. You will also miss out on all the little amazing fish, variety of colorful coral and other marine animals along the way. We suggest a slow relaxed approach in order to take in all the diverse beauty that our Maui reefs offer, and in doing so it’s highly likely you will spot Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles, just like so many of our other guests. If you feel $10 is too much for use of our sanitized and quality wetsuits, then grab any number of available floatation provided at no cost, and dive right in and enjoy. $70 to enjoy an introduction to breathing underwater to a depth of about 15 feet for about 20 - 30 minutes, in a safe environment with a certified SNUBA guide for many of our guests is the opportunity of a life time. If it’s not for you, then please enjoy all the other wonderful snorkeling and onboard amenities we provide.

Wow, no Molokini crater and even more disappointing was "turtle town." Staff were great and accommodating, that was excellent. However, apparently our anchor was already occupied with another boat, which reaped all the benefits of Molokini crater. We were told that the waves were too rough, and had to take the snorkeling elsewhere off the island of Maui. But every other boat was docked in the crater except us. I spotted one turtle, that's it I got lucky. Barely any fish and an overall underwhelming experience. $100 for a boat ride some fruit and burgers and unlimited drinks. That's what you pay for. I've done snorkeling in the past, this one ranks on the bottom of my list

We appreciate guests who provide honest and factual reviews. Occasionally there are those who seem incapable of doing either. Fortunately, there are countless others who share in detail the experience they have with us. None of the boats anchor at Molokini. The State of Hawaii assigns each of us a specific mooring that we tie up to. It is not even possible that another operator was on our mooring, at Molokini and thus preventing us from tying up. Your safety and comfort is our number one priority. Our Captains have been visiting Molokini for over 20 years and it’s such a shame that someone like you who knows nothing about the local conditions would focus on your apparent frustration of not being able to safely get in the water at the crater, and rather than appreciate the fact that we care about your safety, focus on being miserable. We are fortunate that the vast majority of the guests we serve respect and appreciate our 40 years of experience and that your safety is our number one priority. We serve a light breakfast of fresh fruit, croissants, muffins, Maui grown coffee and juice. Lunch is cooked onboard and served hot off the grill, including marinated breast of chicken, big, juicy burgers with all the fixings, jumbo plump hot dogs and veggie burgers. After lunch and snorkeling we open up the bar and serve mai tais, regional California wines, and ice cold, local micro brewed beer. On the way home we serve white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies baked daily in our own commercial kitchen. Turtle Town is a beautiful reef with a variety of colorful coral and marine animals. So sad you only saw one Majestic Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle. Would two have been better, or maybe a dozen would do it for you. Turtle Town is a sea turtle cleaning station where numerous sightings of the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles is common. Some folks just kinda go through life disappointing themselves. It’s unfortunate that you will miss out on so many wonderful opportunities with this negative approach.
