Joe was our driver and he made adjustments to pick up our family from another terminal at Orlando's airport. It was extremely hot so the accommodation was greatly appreciated. He also suggested restaurants for dinner. We took him up on the Florida's Fresh Grill recommendation and had a wonderful evening. I would recommend this transportation company and use them again.

I prepaid ($224.05) for round trip transportation for 6 people from Orlando airport to our hotel and then on 2/20 from the Port Canaveral Cruiseport to Orlando Airport through Groupon. On the morning of 2/13 I called to confirm the morning of our pick up airport because it said they would call the day before to confirm and I didn't hear anything. They didn't know anything about reservation, but they "found it". So when arrived at Orlando airport there was a van there to take us to the hotel. The driver was very nice. But then on 2/20 as we were getting of the cruiseship I called Beach Line Transportation to ask where they would pick us up and they said they didn't have us down for a round trip and if we wanted them to take us to the airport it would be $135.00 ($22.50 per person). I explained I paid for round trip and they stated they only had me down for one way. I paid them the $135 to get to the airport because we had a flight to catch and I didn't know of anyother way to get to the airport. So inessence we paid $37.35 one way and $22.50 the other way?????Same distance. Ripped off. With the Groupon it should of been $18.67 person. I contacted Groupon and Beach Line Transportation and both are blaming each other. Neither would help. I wouldn't use them again. Even the form you fill out to make the reservation and get the quote asks you for round trip information. Which I filled out with our arrival date, flight and time then our destination and then the return date, flight, time and pick up drop off location, so they knew I was looking for round trip transportation. Buyer beware.
