We call about going on the sunset cruise and we were told to just come over. I asked if they were busy she said no just be here 10 minutes before the tour leaves. We were there 25 minutes early. Then she says she maybe sold out to wait to see if a group that already paid shows up. Ok no problem we sit wait a few mins later she tells another group she has 6 spots left and they need to pay now to hold the spots I go and nicely remind her about us and she said this was the group that already paid (LIE) so instead of being professional and try to fix the problem ( we could have went another time) she gets nasty with my wife and calls her names and says her manager said we can’t get on her boat😆There is a lot of other tour boats right next to this one they will get our money instead.

The staff was awesome and very energetic. We saw lots of pods of dolphins. The dolphins were very active (probably not always the case). The captain knew all the spots to hit. Price point was very fair. 1 hour trip.

This was inexpensive and worth every cent. The boat ride was fun and informative. We didnt see any dolphins for a good part of the ride, so we ended up being on the boat way past our scheduled time because the crew wanted to make sure we all got to see dolphins. I really appreciated that. We eventually saw quite a few dolphins, and some came pretty close to the boat. We also saw a momma with her baby! This was the highlight of my day in Clearwater!
