Evelyn was great! Didn’t expect hotel pick up. Excited to get the call asking if we wanted to be picked up. Highly recommend!

The driver was very knowledgeable but the hop on location was not marked at Autozone Park. We tried to get back on at the appropriate time and there was no bus. We tried flagging down the one we saw and the driver never even slowed down. Tried to call the office for help at 3pm and it was closed. Very disappointing service. Ended up walking back to our car in the July heat.

We had the best tour lady Annette. She was kind, knowledgeable and thorough!!!! We saw everything we wanted to and more. This is the best way to see Memphis.
