Don't do this tour it's rushed doesn't cover the city highlights and you are left to have the boat ride which didn't happen for me as there were too many on the boat. We were asked to wait another hour for the next boat which we would have missed our return transfers back to our meeting point!

I will start with the fact that we have booked and enjoyed MANY experiences thru trip advisor over many years and I have never complained. This has been the worst by far! Firstly, before the tour ever began, when we checked in at the tour company counter, we were told we needed to pay $2 each for a service fee and they only accepted cash. I found this fishy as I told the agent we booked thru trip advisor and there was no exclusions listed. We ultimately paid but I did call Viator and filed a complaint purely out of principle. We are supposed to be getting a refund by next week. Once we boarded a large dirty tour bus we headed to the Everglades for an airboat ride. The ride was a miserable 1 hr long. Our driver spoke no English so he used a translator app which was terrible. Loud noises over the speakers and unreliable translations were the entire ride. Once we finally got there, the boat ride was great and turned out to be the best part of the whole experience. Unfortunately it was only 40 minutes long. We did see a couple gators, a large iguana in a tree and an osprey. And our captain was great! After the ride we were given about hour to explore the grounds that have animals in captivity. We then took the bus back another hour to the tour company and had an hour to kill before the next part of the tour. We did eat a very good lunch at a local Italian restaurant/bakery. Once we got ready to board the double decker bus for the city tour it was chaos as the tour guide asked everyone who was a VIP? Apparently these people paid extra for first dibs on upper deck seats. Eventually, we were all able to board and get upper deck seats except for 1 person and he stood. The city tour was cool but the stops were too long and prevented us from getting to the boat ride which we were so looking forward to. By this time it was 5:20 and we were told the boat left at 5:30! Unfortunately we were given poor instructions as to where we were supposed to find he boat tour and by the time we got our tickets the boat was leaving at 5:45. We were told the next boat would be there in 15 min. It was 20 and the boat was not nearly as nice as the first one. They finally started boarding at 6:05 and we made the decision to not board because it was getting dark and the cruise was 90 min long. We figured we wouldn’t be able to see anything anyway. Also, we were told that the last bus available back to the tour company left at 7:30. We ultimately decided to grab a quick dinner and get a Lyft ride back to our hotel in Fort Lauderdale which was an hour away. Very disappointed in this tour.

We did this tour yesterday and absolutely loved it. It’s a full day tour, meeting at 8:30am and getting back at 8:30pm and crams everything there is to see in Miami. Ocean Drive, Art Deco region, Downtown Miami, Wynwall walls art region, little Havana, Biscayne Bayside, Millionaires row and a hoverboard ride on the Everglades. The communication by the company could have been better about what actives we were doing in which order. Considering how expensive Miami is, I cannot believe we did all we did for the price. I have taken over 250 photos and have some fantastic memories. Our sons 13 and 16 sons not complain once and it’s so hard to please and entertain them these days. I’m so glad we took this tour as it really made our holiday.
