Come along for an alligator adventure right in the park's center. You'll journey out to the Everglades Holiday Park, a 50-minute drive away within the Everglades Natural Park.

Your airboat tour starts off by going down the canal, which offers many of chances for photographs of animals in its natural setting, complete with live guide. Next, a wildlife show where you will see alligators expertly handled by keepers.

The journey to the Everglades Holiday Park takes between 45-60 minutes. Total tour duration is approximately 4 hours.
The Panoramic open top bus tour is not Hop-on , Hop-off. The tour takes approximately 90 minutes
It is recommended guests begin with the Everglades Tour, Cruise, and finish with the Bus tour (optional).

The tour was amazing, we got to see 3 wild alligators and different birds! Plus we loved the gator show, the gators are rescues and are not allowed to be let out in the wild so they are not captive which is amazing. We also got to hear facts about the gator situation in Florida and the alligators which was fascinating. Our big bus tour bus driver German was great! He made sure everyone was accommodated! Would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Miami.

We were unable to use all three activities we paid for because the hours they were offered conflicted. I had tried to contact the operator by clicking on the "contact the operator" button on the Trip Advisor confirmation email two days prior to our trip to ask how to connect with the vendors to redeem the Trip Advisor coupon, given that more than one vendor was involved and I wanted to be sure the scheduling would work. I never received a reply. Redeeming the coupon was confusing on site, but we managed. However, when I asked for a refund of the open top bus tour, which we were unable to take, I was told they could not provide it because it was purchased through a third party (Trip Advisor). Very bad customer relations.... (The two activities we were able to do were fine - everglades and bay cruise.)

hello Sherry, So sorry to hear that you didnt get to finish your other 2 tours. unfortunately since you did buy your ticket thought a 3rd party you do have to go back to that 3rd party to get a refund.

We were supposed to have the open bus tour, the million $ home on boat tour and Everglades. All we received was the Everglades - the whole trip was terribly organized. We got to Bayside the boat place said we had to go to the front of bayside, so we went there then we were informed that we would only see the Everglades because of the time they booked our tour over $200 for that. We drove out there had about 20-30 min in the Everglades seen 3 gators - the third one was actually the first one we seen. Then returning back to bayside Miami the bus driver forgot to drop us off. He dropped us off at a very dark area of some park and when we told him his answer was oh well. It cost me an extra $25 in Uber fair (over the price from bayside) to get back to our hotel. Was a complete waste of our trip for the day and expensive!!!! Never again
