Please know traffic is heavy and parking is limited after 12pm on Fridays, weekends and holidays. If you are driving into South Beach please allot additional 45 minutes to enter South Beach and locate parking as some garages may be full and you will need to drive around to locate street parking. ALSO please check traffic advisory on Internet for any traffic delays.
Tour continues in rain or shine (except for Hurricanes Watches or Warnings). In the event of rain, we keep you indoors most of the time. Be sure to carry an umbrella or rain poncho to walk in between buildings. Statistically, rain showers do not last more than 20 minutes.

You will primarily walk outside throughout South Beach between 10th and 15th streets. The tour steps inside a few buildings to point out Art Deco and modern design and decor and other highlights. For private group tours, the tour can begin and end anywhere within the Art Deco district.

Four of us took a private Art Deco Tour, our guide was Janinha Piazzetta. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly- we loved the tour! I highly recommend it if you’re in Miami.

James, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable. He started the tour with a solid history of South Beach - useful info. Pointed out many art deco architecture features, even the terrazzo floors. Great tour.
