The tour itself was very good. I’d say a 4. However, this being the first one we’ve done, the installing and getting everything set was BAD. It was not clear with the purchase of two passes that we would be able to use two phones so we bought two separate individual tickets. I got my ticket via trip advisor and the app through Apple App Store; my husband through Expedia though I’m not sure why. We hadn’t loaded the app and tickets beforehand thinking we’d get instruction/help at Open Book the starting location of our tour. The lady at the desk was sympathetic and helpful to a point but certainly NOT trained to handle frustrated tourists. Take away advice was to load everything ahead. We lost about an hour of tour time. Unfortunately towards the end of the tour construction along the river walk took us out of range of the designated path so we lost that part of the tour narrative. I expect our experience with future tours to be better!

Difficult to load use the the required ap. I asked for a refund and the Viator rep was resistant for a refund.

My first visit to the Twin City. Traveling with my wife, who was on business trip. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the small, but not too small, City of St Paul. I took the self guided walking Riverwalk Tour in the Mill District.
