Absolutely love this cultural experience, as the performers guided us through Maori customs, dances, the haka, etc. Seeing the warriors row down the river in their boat was fun. Dinner was a veritable feast, with fall-off-the-bone lamb, chicken, veggies, and an array of desserts (loved the passionfruit pavlova!). I chose this experience for the bush walk at the end, where you get to see glowworms. There weren't very many, but if you don't get a chance to go to the Waitomo glowworm caves, this may suffice.
