Castle Valley is the poster child for western landscapes, and you’ve probably already seen it somewhere in a movie, TV show, or commercial. And if somehow you have, in fact, never laid eyes on Castle Valley before, you’re not going forget it once you do!

This serene section of the Colorado River moseys through a big beautiful red-rock canyon. As for the waters here along the Colorado River, it stays pretty warm from late spring to early fall.

You’ll spend most of your time floating, with a few Class II rapids to cool you off along the way. Expect plenty of fascinating interpretations and fun stories from your river guide on this mild trip!

We are convinced when on vacation to seek out Mild To Wild. They take care of you, keeps your kids safe and make sure you have the best time ever. We had a blast today with the huge groups that went out. Alex made sure we were all content and having a wonderful time. Everyone working at Mild To Wild is pretty awesome. Can’t wait to do it again !

Excellent customer service! Chat feature and Rep were excellent and helped us make a great decision for a half day two man kayak trip! Brendan and the other guides all did a great job as well. We had a great time on the Colorado River!
