Firstly thank you to Top Hat NY our flight was cancelled less then 24hrs to our carriage ride but they kindly moved the day for us with no issue. We arrived at the meeting point to what was a damp night in NY we where meet by our driver Paris who once checked in introduced us to Simba who had his rain coat on to keep the worst of the weather off…. Paris and Simba set off and explained what buildings within Central Park where when they were built and any interesting facts also pointing out where films had been made some famous and some not so much, we got photo opportunities along the way and overall had a great carriage ride.

A hour before our appointment I received a phone call that all rides were suspended due to heat. Which I understand. What I don’t understand is why my money was taken ….$250 and it’s gonna take 3 days for a refund. If they knew at 11 am all rides were suspended then they should t have continued to book for the day. We planned our evening around that ride…..you only visit NYC for a limited amount of time….do t waste my time or money! Be upfront and honest on your bookings!
