A sunrise meditation hike along the San Jacinto Mountains steps from Palm Springs to a resting spot with dramatic views of the Coachella Valley. You'll watch the sun rise over Indian Canyons and come together in guided meditation setting a grounded intention for the day.

We'll greet each other at the South Lykken trailhead. As we hike the trail about a mile to our meditation spot, we'll listen to the natural beauty of Oswitz Canyon. I'll lead you through a grounding meditation to help you set your intention for the day, acknowledging your connection to the Earth and the universe.

Guests will walk away with stunning photos. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, you'll have a grounded connection to the environment, a clear mind, and an open heart. We will hear the sounds of the earth. We will see the colors of the planet. We will breathe the essence of being. We will see the universe in motion. The morning sun will expose our shadows. If the stars agree, we will see big horn sheep.

Our guide, Tim, was amazing and very patient with an inexperienced hiker. I highly reccomend this hike. The views were breathtaking, Tim’s stories of the area were very interesting and his meditation was peaceful.

This waa the highlight of my trip to Palm Springs. I was coming from East Coast, so I was up really early anyway. I used the first day to book this sunrise hike and meditation. It was a 5 min drive from downtown, and I parked on the side of the street. It was only Tim and me, and we had a great hike. I am a female in my 30s, traveling solo, so I was bit nervous to be around on my own. Tim made me feel safe and comfortable. We started hiking in the dark which was exciting on its own! Then it started to get lighter. Once we were up, 30 mins of climbing, we sat down and waited for the sunrise. We were by ourselves, only one person passed us. The sunrise was spectacular! The mountain changed its colors as the rays hit it from beige to red. We then did a 10 minute powerful visual meditation that energized me for the day. I think I teared up a bit. I thanked Tim for the wonderful experience and then I stayed a bit longer to video call my family and show them around. I'm suprised that this tour is not more popular! Tim is just getting it started. If you are into nature, light exercise, or mindfulness, this is the tour for you. I loved it!

This was an amazing experience and totally worth waking up for. I felt very connected with nature and has a chance to balance me energy. He also was very knowledgeable about the landscape and meditation.
