SUPER BAD, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Call The day before and wait for over one hour, but still no answer. VIATOR SWITCHED our reservation to a different tour company and time from 9am to 11am without any calls and emails notifications. Our family of 7 with kids have to pay additional Uber from Union Square (SF) to Fishermen Wharf. Not one apology from them. It messed up out plans for that day of scheduling for other activities. VERY TERRIBLE AND WILL NOT USE VIATOR AGAIN.

Amazing trek to Muir Woods with an unexpected short stop to get a view of the Golden Gate Bridge! The ride into Muir Woods was very scenic and interesting. The guide made sure to tell us stories along the way to keep us entertained and informed. Once in Muir Woods, he gave us very detailed information regarding suggestions for hikes and trails to fully experience the beauty of Muir Woods! On the way to Sausalito, he mentioned several places to grab lunch and quick drink. On our way back into San Francisco, he pointed out landmarks that would have been otherwise unnoticed.

We booked our tour through trip advisor's link to - City Sightseeing tours. The day before our tour we got a voicemail that there weren't enough people to go so they switched us to Gray Line which had a similar tour for the same price but at a different time. I was concerned that this was a bait & switch because the new tour had not gotten as many good reviews and the bus did not stop for a photo at the Golden Gate. However our driver Greg, turned out to be great, had fun stories and history to share and was an excellent driver. We had time to do the 4 mile loop at Muir Woods and not much time in Sausalito to do more than take a short walk or grab an ice cream. Got a decent drive by tour of the City on the way back. I was happily surprised!
