The tour of Houston was fine - but the NASA experience was sensational - we saw the ISS Mission Control, a film about Orion plans for the trip to Mars, touched a moon rock and actually entered a space shuttle - utterly brilliant

NASA's Space center tour and Houston city tour was really good. NASA's space center is having many activities which you can not cover in only 4 hours as we started late. Apart form that I enjoyed every bit of the tour really !!!

As Viator sent me second email to recommend me to rate our terrible Houston tour, I dare to write it. I booked Nasa space center tour on 20 Nov. but a tour bus did not come to the departure point even though I called the local agency to confirm the departure point in advance. We waited a bus for one hour outside and we decided to take a taxi to go Nasa Space cent to avoid wasting time. While we were waiting, I called twice above local agency but machine message answered Voice mail box is full. I sent a claim email a week ago to Viator but no message returned from Viator excerpt auto reply of receiving messages.
