The guys from the crew were nice and friendly. The timing was good to achieve our tour goals.

Bus was late picking us up to do the Houston tour but the guide and driver were nice.

NASA tour was good except when we got there, there were massive lines for the Tram tour. You can reserve a time for the tram but most of those reservations were full. As a tour company is there not a way that you can reserve a time for the whole group?

I realise that roads were closed in Houston on this day, but as it was our only day there and we made the diversion to Houston to visit NASA we were disappointed that the tour did not go. Maybe it could have gone to just NASA as the day fined up by lunch. Yes safety is a priority, but customer satisfaction is also important. Cathy
