Starting with the city tour, which was very well presented and had lots of great stories. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed it and would love to come back to Houston with family and show them the city! Would have loved to give a tip as well to the guy who did it (can’t remember his name) but we are on a bit of a tight budget. 😢 moving onto the NASA tour which again was really good we were driven by Matt to the facilities and given good advice about where to go first to make the most of our visit! Definitely use this tour it’s really good value for money and you’ll have a great time!

Enjoyable and informative, but NOT at all like Kennedy Space Centre. The train tour was a bit drawn out, and the walk through -was just that a walk through at a distance. We walked through several buildings , enjoyed the actual plane we were able to walk through, back at the main centre. The gift shop was good and some interactive games for children here. More suitable for little kids.

The Trip Advisor listing - and, more to the point, the details on the ticket - guaranteed that the ticket would by-pass the queues. No it doesn't - it simply by-passes the ticket purchase queue which happened to be non-existent. You still have to queue for everything else (ie trams, VR activities etc at approx 45 mins per queue). More importantly, the ad specifies that it's a 6 hour tour (10am-4pm). In fact it's seven and a half hours (10am - 5.30pm). Because I had a flight to catch I had to book an Uber for the return costing me another $50. Had I known the return bus wasn't going to leave the Space Centre till after 5pm (which would have made it too late for me to catch my flight) I wouldn't have made the booking, The company refused any compensation or any admission that their error cost me additional money. When I asked them what they would do in my shoes the lady behind the counter said "go and do something else and have a nice day". Finally, there was no mention that the Mission Control doesn't currently exist - it's a bare room while it's being renovated. All up, a waste of time and money from a company that's clearly happy to mislead and doesn't concern itself with customer satisfaction.

Thank you so much for your message. We provided a complimentary Houston City tour before your departure to NASA Space Center and helped before departure with orientation,maps, tour timing and admission tickets for you to avoid lines to access. Inside the facility, visitors are directed by NASA Visitors Center personnel to control access to attractions and other areas inside the center. Because more than just a tourist attraction is a federal working facility. Bus always return as scheduled at 4:30pm. We have no control over weather and traffic conditions,but always do our best to create a nice tour experience and good customer satisfaction.
