Our group of 24 LOVED the Jack Daniels Whiskey Distillery Tour. Chip helped me coordinate a private bus, which included pick up & drop off at our hotel. Paula, our driver, was very accommodating when half of the group needed a restroom break on the way to Lynchburg and when some would request turning the heat up, then five minutes later "turn the heat down"... Tip~ DON'T FORGET YOUR ID! Can't thank the whole team enough for a trip to remember! CHEERS

I absolutely loved the Jack Daniels distillery. It was fascinating and informative. The reason why I am rating this tour 2 stars is because of the Viator part of the tour. You are transported to the Jack Daniels distillery in a big Ford F750 with no working air conditioning. No tour guide on board to tell you informative stories about the area you are driving through or anything else. You are put on the very hot! bus and that is it until you are there.

A few recommendations. If you insist on taking this tour I would rent a car and just drive there instead, the road is easy to navigate and safe, sign up for the 11:15am tour at Jack Daniels. Any tour later than that and you won't have any time left before or after the tour to sight see or browse the shops in town.

I think for the price of this tour for one person you can easily rent a car and enjoy your day a million times more.
