Meet at Glacier Guides & Montana Raft at 9:30am to meet your guide and go over a brief orientation. Once in Glacier, you'll get to explore Glacier's natural wonders on a guided adventure! Start with a 1-mile round trip walk through Lake McDonald Valley, admiring its glaciated beauty and resident wildlife. Then, venture to the North Fork Valley with scenic stops en route. Take another 1-mile round trip walk along the Wild and Scenic North Fork of the Flathead River, learning about the environment and its history.

This engaging nature walk is easy, offering captivating insights. After the walk, return to the Glacier Guides and Montana Raft office in the early afternoon, benefiting from your knowledgeable guide's expertise. Typically, the tour concludes around 1:30 PM.

We had Wyatt as our guide. Wyatt was outstanding. We have gone on many hikes and Wyatt was the best. He was extremely knowledgeable of the Park history, identification of plant, trees and rock formations. We had a very enjoyable 6 hour hike and encourage everyone to take a walk in the woods with Wyatt.

I learned so much from Malcom, our guide, about the trees, vegetation, bears, fire damage, and saw so much beauty. It was a great nature walk!

Highly recommend taking a guided hike! Our tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable and they took care of everything! We had transportation to the trailhead which made the long drive and parking much easier and the lunch they packed was really delicious. They also had snacks for the van ride home. The guides were able to answer all of our questions and pointed out wildlife and flowers that otherwise I would have breezed by. They also have a great system with both guides pacing the hike so everyone is comfortable! We went to Iceberg Lake and it was absolutely stunning, this hike was a highlight of our trip!!
