Im going to respond to your lengthy review of lies and be done with it on this end. Lets start off with you are taking the word of others because you were not on the cruise yourself so you are right there are 2 sides to every story and you should have listened to both. If you would have heard ours and not been so rude from the first message this would have all been alleviated. I would have gotten off the cruise at Ricks Cafe and just never gone again but if someone contacts you while they are on your cruise at sea and you immediately start going off and not hearing a word they have to say then you are darn right I and 18 other people are going to take the time to write a review to warn others. After this I am done with this going back and forth with you and will just handle this with Viator. You state your crew could not have been partying because there was no music ( but if you don't care about their behavior then neither do I). I didn't know it took music to take shots. There was technical issues with the music for most of the cruise (which wouldn't have been a problem if we weren't already upset about everything else but the case remains it was most of the cruise and we also have videos which will be posted showing such). Again it was not a gentleman and his wife, there were 5 in their party total and I stated they were Jamaican because I felt the crew took their side because they were Jamaican. Again, I am black and I choose to come to Jamaica because I love the people and the island so do not make this a race thing, it was simply a statement of why I felt they only spoke to him and never approached us to get our side of the story. My cousin did not call her a b**** but he did tell her she was not going to cut the line, however she did call him a p****hole, etc (did they tell you that). At the end of the day its not about the altercation because like you stated that was out of your control, its about me, a passenger on your catamaran contacting you while out to see asking for alternative transportation. If I was having such a good time why would I contact you while we were sailing. When you said no to alternative transportation, I was done with it but you kept messaging me saying we were the ones to blame, we did this and we did that when its simply not true (check out the pics on my other review). If you would have left it at no, I would have moved on and we would have gotten our own transportation from Ricks cafe. Since we ended up back at Margaritaville we asked the driver to take us back to our resort. WE DID NOT GO TO RICKS CAFE AS YOU KEEP LYING TO VIATOR AND TELLING THEM. I really wish I would have recorded from beginning to end but I do have footage that is being provided to Viator to show that what I am stating is true. You did help us book twice and I appreciate that, although we were not simply being brats and simply canceling-several out of the 18 flights were canceled and we asked Viator would they rebook. But please learn how to speak with your customers and hear them out and not simply go off. Sometimes staff lie. We are not a young rowdy group, most of us are in our 40/50's and we came to have a good time. We should not have been treated as if we were a bunch of thugs and liars. Fortunately for me your comments after my reviews proves how combative and rude you are. And you are correct, I wanted a refund for the people that I brought on this cruise as a travel agent because of your behavior solely and your lack of empathy for an uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situation. Its the fact that you truly just went off after a question was asked. What business owner does that!!! PLEASE READ MY OTHER REVIEW. IF YOU TAKE THIS CRUISE HOPEFULLY YOU HAVE A GREAT TIME AND DO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE OWNER BUT IF YOU DO REMEMBER YOU WERE WARNED.

You are now harassing us with slander and bullying tactics, you are maliciously trying to discredit our company across the internet instead of leaving one review you are posting numerous reviews… as you didn’t get what you wanted ( a free cruise) even after viator refused your refunds as you went onto the cruise
This is no longer a conversation I will be having on here, we did our job and no one from a full cruise had one issue or complaint except

You didn’t call me off the cruise you sent a text and I responded that if you want a bus for 18 person we don’t cover that , our bus is complimentary from resort to Margaritaville and back..
Your altercations before the cruise are not for our company to fix , there was no trouble or issues onboard and that’s our priority
There are no his side/ her side… this happened before you got on the excursion, we are not police, we are there to make sure the excursion you are on has no issues and there WERE ABSOLUTELY NO CONFRONTATIONS OR ARGUMENTS OR VERBAL ABUSE OF ANY KIND ONBOARD .. or after the cruise ..! That the staff witnessed, or was told about by yourselves or any other guest on a full cruise ..
As you stated you were angry before the cruise even set off this isn’t down to anything wrong with the excursion at all
