Michael did such a great job with our tour! His story telling really grips you and keeps you hanging on to his every word. It was very loud in the French Quarter that evening, but we could hear Michael clearly. The entire tour was fantastic - we really enjoyed it!

While we empathize with our tour guide Michael, and how his tooth extraction earlier in the day made it difficult for him to annunciate clearly, his manner of speaking made him challening to understand anyway. We should have been offered a different guide. He lost us completely, however, once he made the 'fags' and freaks' remarks about the Dungeon bar. I doubt I hope - he wouldn't have used the 'N' word, and he shouldn't have used the 'F' word. We will seek out a different tour company next time. Besides that, the tour was not exciting.

My wife and I visited New Orleans for the first time and only had two days to explore, hands down our favorite thing was taking the “Killers and Thrillers” tour with Truly! She was the absolute best tour guide with everything she showed us and shared with us. She made the tour so interesting with her knowledge and made it so fun with her quirkiness. I don’t recommend this tour for the sensitive ones…being one myself, it was a little heavy, but I did pick this one and I stuck through it! She made it 100% worth it! She was so sweet and kind and I had talks with her along the way and she made it so much more personable, not to mention how much she knew about the area! Highly recommend! We want to visit again sometime in the future and hope to take another tour with her!
