Shawn was there to meet my wife and me as we came down the escalator to Baggage Claim, guided us to the baggage pickup, and assisted us with our bags. The ride into the city was super comfortable in his beautiful black Yukon. It was our first trip to New Orleans and he helped us with recommendations. The ride into town was very pleasant and we learned a lot that helped us have a wonderful time over our 4 days in the city. Pick-up and return to the airport was a breeze. Looking forward to going back and want to book a tour with him on our next visit. Thanks so much!

Our experience was awesome. Shawn Parker is an excellent business professional. I called him when I arrived at the airport to inquire where we should meet. I was impressed that "he" actually answered the phone. His friendly personality came shining through the phone. And what was most impressive was him personally coming to the airport to meet his customer! Ben was our driver and a shining star himself. He was on time, in fact way ahead of time, and greeted our party of 6 like we were family. And, a very safe driver! Returning home, we had to leave the hotel at 4:30AM. This was no problem. Again, Ben was our driver and right on time. Handled our bags upon pickup and departure. Our van was clean and comfortable. Price was excellent and worth every penny. We were very happy with NOLA Ambassador, and they will be our transportation every time we come to New Orleans. My rating is actually 100!!!

Shawn was great! He was super charismatic and communicated all the details needed. He had enough room for my entire extended family to all take one trip from the airport together. We are a chaotic bunch and that did not bother him at all. He was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely book him again the next time we are in New Orleans.
