The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.
Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

I didn't get the tickets to the places I paid in advance to visit. I was very disappointed. I feel that I should receive my money back.

Me and 12 of my co-workers booked a tour with your company and when we got to the pickup the person printing our tickets didn't print the tickets we purchased and when we returned to him to get our tickets printed he told us there was no times available. Our trip was ruined by a company we thought would help us complete the sightseeing tour we paid for.The guy printing tickets was more concerned about selling more tickets instead of taking care of us who had already paid for our tickets. Now we haven't been offered any refund for their poor customer service. I will never use again

Worse experience ever didn't get to go to places I paid for to visit on our tour that I booked because not available and you want refund me. Me and 12 co-workers booked with you and our trip was ruined because of your tour company
