Booked on line to get the better rate and that all worked well, on arrival we picked up our tandem that was also good, however we pushed it to the park as my wife was not confident on the NY. Roads and once we got to the park and rode the bike we found that the tyres had not been inflated correctly we perused with our journey and in the end it was such hard work and dangerous steering that we have up and pushed the bike back to the shop.... All I was met with was it was not that person fault...... I was very disappointed that the bike had not been checked before we left... it spoiled our adventure...tip of the day, make sure that the tyres have the right pressure in them you'll have a much better trip

My mom and I were hurrying to see Central Park before sunset since we were scheduled to leave early the next morning. We arrived at the bike rental station in the park right after they were closing so they nicely directed us to their location on 117 W. 58th St rather than crushing our dreams of biking the park. We rented a tandem bicycle there and had THE BEST ride around the park. We got to see the sunset and the beautiful skyline as well as the park. John and AJ were so helpful, efficient, and professional. This adventure is on the top of our list for our next NYC trip- maybe next time we'll catch the sunrise.

I took the bike after an on line reservation. The service in the store was very smooth and professional and the adventure was great. Next time I will also use their service.
