We never made it to the cruise because they gave us the wrong directions and wouldn't help us find our way. And they said they would not hold the ship for us, so I lost over $400 on a trip we never took. And to make matters worse, they said they would not refund any money back so I lost all my money and did not get anything out of this horrible experience. The young lady on the phone was not helpful and kept saying, "that's why we tell you to come 45 minutes before the ship leaves." Actually, the paper says 30 minutes and not 45 minutes. Also, we came from Michigan and ran into Holland tunnel traffic, ugh!!! We spent 17 minutes trying to get through the tunnel. I explained this to the woman and she said in a dead tone, "that's why we tell people to come 45 minutes early." Like I can control the traffic!!! Needless to say, we were already stressing over the traffic, losing out on a trip to see the Statue of Liberty we have planned for months and losing all that money! We didn't want our kids to miss seeing that great lady and so we did another boat trip and ended the day on a happy note, although my pocket was lighter. I am not a complainer, but this company might not be the place for out of towners coming into the city for one day!
