We had a stormy weather in NYC with heavy rains July 16th. I tried to cancel this trip via Trip Advisor and no one is picking up the phone and no one is answering emails. I got in touch with a person via Classic Harbor Line and I get Emily , the receptionist with the ugliest customer service skill. She would not acknowledge to cancel my request and when I asked to re-book my trip she then ask for $50 rebooking fee on top of the $78 I paid for that couldn’t be cancelled even with the storm ongoing that day. I had spoken to her manager which was more professional but then when I ask to confirm re-booking my trip it took her 3 days to respond and it was too late for me to go!! You guys are vultures so please be reminded of not having customers during the pandemic. I believe in karma and it is not fair to take people’s money without any services used or rendered. All I got from you was a terrible customer service attitude and this aggravation. I highly NOT RECOMMEND anything from this merchant. Please do not support businesses and people like this one!

It was a fun way to spend a couple of hours seeing NYC and the Statue of Liberty from the water. The crew was very friendly, accommodating and professional. Definitely recommend!

The boat crew and staff we’re all excellent. The cruise was more than satisfactory with great views. The only negative was that we were offered a drink of champagne wine or beer when we set sail . Later they came around and asked us if we wanted another drink. We were surprised to receive a bill before we disembarked for the second drink. The crew said the first drink was on them but you pay for anything after that. No one mentioned that to us in the beginning. Again it had no effect upon our enjoyment of the cruise but left a bad taste.
