status of Liberty the staff were super friendly but management need to do a little better with organization. what we saw advertise was not what I got. we are in our 32 years of marriage that Wes the reason for this evening out.. would I take another trip. ABSOLUTELY YES. You just need to adress these faults.

This cruise was a big disappointment. The only positive thing we can say about it was that the food was good. Everything else was very badly run. Starting off, our server barley acknowledged us. Twice she got a drink order wrong. My boyfriend finally had to go to the bar to get it right. The food was good but but poorly served. We had to wait about 5 minutes for the prime rib to be replenished. And other dishes and desserts ran out before being replenished right away. The bathrooms were atrocious. Not clean, garbage overflowing, smelly. As to sightseeing on the upper deck, the view of the Statue of Liberty was not great because the angle we had was right into the sun so it was just an outline in photos. The skyline was as it would be expected being on the river. Once dinner was complete they began playing very loud music. It was deafening. Couldn't carry on a conversation inside and barley outside. Then, to make it even worse, the ship docked on the New Jersey side for about 40 minutes to let passengers off. There was no communication to us about this, so the cruise ended 45 minutes later than we expected and we had a reservation at another event to get to. In summary, this cruise was very poorly run with unprofessional, inexperienced staff, bad accommodations, and hard on the senses. Steer clear of this cruise line.
