If there was a negative number I’d be giving that. Well. Let me start. This cruise never happened. Showed up for the cruise at pier 36 like my tickets said and the gates were locked. There was no one present. We asked people working there and they said that the cruises were not running. I contacted TripAdvisor and got an instant reply. They will not refund my money because there are no refunds on the trips. Uh, there was no trip. They stated that I failed to show, I was there, there was no cruise. They said that because my ticket was not scanned that I was considered a no show. They stated that I didn’t call the cruise line and tell them I was there. I couldn’t because they only have customer service hours on Monday and Tuesday, my cruise was on Wednesday. DON’T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID. #buyerbeware.
