Best experience ever, first of all I can’t thank HekiNY enough. We had booked for 4.30pm due to issues with NJ Transit majority of the trains were delayed massively which meant we missed out slot. We had spoken to HeliNY and they were so accommodating and agreed to put on on standby. After been stranded at train station for an hr, HeliNY managed to get us on 6pm heli tour. Thank thank you so much and also to TripAdvisor for your support during a stressful day. I had booked air tour for my birthday 🥳, it was such an amazing experience which I will never forget. We got to see such amazing views of New York. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

We ended up being significantly delayed due to the NJ Transit train line being in a complete mess. We let HeliNY’s customer service know and they called the crew and let them know. This was for a friends birthday trip from UK to NY. So we were so concerned we would miss this experience or incur extra charges. But NO. HeliNY for us on the next available flight, gave us water when the machine was out of order (and we needed it being stuck at a train platform in 34 degree heat) and then let me friend sit up front on the helicopter. The experience was awesome and the views, pilot and the staff made a pretty crappy day, awesome. Tons KD guys!

Simply amazing, the organization was perfect, the crew nice. The thing is that we pay for 15 min and we flight 12 min instead of 15 but it wasn’t that speed, we enjoyed every moment and they were very professional (we had to reschedule our flight due to rain but they did it nicely)
