Pretty good. They called me 30 min before to make sure o was coming. You have to pay some fee to enter and lockers are like $2 extra

Company dis a great job BUT Viator never let us know there is an additional $40 per person charge at the gate!!! Beware. It’s in your email confirmation from the company and you can cancel up to 24 hours before but if you book the day before like we did you are stuck paying a fee you knew nothing about without any recourse.

Hello June_C, When it comes to the Heliport Fees, we make it a priority to be completely transparent when it comes to the added fees charged at check in to pay the facility. All third party vendors as well as our own website outline the $40 Heliport Fee. Thank you.

We had a fantastic helicopter ride over Manhattan NYC yesterday. It was an epic adventure! Zip Aviation was very professional, courteous and safe. We highly recommend!
