How to use: Your pass is available for immediate use. Your voucher contains a unique barcode for use on your mobile phone as your ticket. Attractions will scan the code and you’ll be in!
• This pass is valid for the amount of consecutive calendar days you've purchased and ends on midnight on the last calendar day
• The pass is activated the first time you use it
• If the pass is used to make a reservation online or over the phone your card will not be activated until you arrive on the date of the reservation. All reservations must be made for a day in which the pass is still valid

So, if you think you will get the best deal from their website then you are mistaken! I booked my Flex 10 pass for $ 269 pp through their website, and I started booking my attractions. On the receipt they sent me they suggested to use this SAVNDO app, only to find out that on that app they offer the same pass for $ 228.6! Thats $ 40 cheaper ($ 80 total for two people). Simply see the screenshots below. So, the Sightseeing pass charged me $269 through their website and then suggested me an app (after purchasing) where I could buy the same pass for $ 40 cheaper. That's a very dishonest practice from the Sightseeing Pass.

We purchased three Flex Passes (4 attractions) using a promo code. Passes were delivered immediately through email and the app. Easily added to Apple wallet. We were able to use for three attractions (Museum of Broadway, Fotografiska and Radio City Music Hall tour) with no problem or issue at each site. Tried to use on our last night at Top of the Rock and again at Top of the Rock the following morning. Unfortunately, the wait for the next available admission did not work with our needs (morning attempt had us arrive before 10:30 am and the next admission was 8:45 pm). There is no fast lane/pass for this pass. With better planning, we would have been able to use all four admissions. Would use again on our next trip to NYC. Like the flexibility of the Flex Pass to purchase the number of attractions to fit our schedule.

Do not use! This company did not send through the passes until 3 days later when it was too late for us to use them. They refuse to refund me for something they did not provide. The website states the passes are immediate downloadable, so we bought them while in New York. As they came through 3 days late we had done most of the attractions already. We tried numerous ways of contacting them; their customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across. I’d strongly advise not using them, as you may lose a lot of money, or you may come across difficulties contacting them should you need to. My sister and I saved for a long time for this holiday: the company deprived us both of experiences and money as a result of what we can only assume is careless organisation. They finally refunded one pass a month later as they said it was a duplicate purchase. But this was not the point, we bought two passes on purpose, they only refunded one. They still have £215 of ours.
