Ross did a great job with the tour. I had my handicapped mother with me and he was very good and patient with us.

The tour was worth every penny. Ross was an amazing tour guide. He was so full of information. It was a great day.

Ross is excellent. We really enjoyed his stories and tips of where to go back later and enjoy the light illumination of the falls. Well worth the money. We had driven around the day before mostly in circles and never saw the falls.
