Our tour was provided by Over the Falls. We bought the tour it was supposed to be around 3.5 hours, however, it ended up being a 6.5 hours tour! It was hard to cajole 3 children into staying excited and participating for that long. The sights and the attractions were terrific. However, there was an additional stop at the local bakery for more than 30 minutes which was not on the itinerary and has added to the additional time. A few people in our group left early too. This is not a family-friendly package especially if you have young children.

Excellent day! Christine was our tour guide, picked us up promptly at the designated time at our hotel. We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary so it was an extra special day for us. We went to Niagara Falls on our honeymoon, 45 years before. We toured all parts of Niagara, including the Maid of the Mist boat ride. Christine was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect and trivia of Niagara Falls. She accompanied all of us to every stop, made sure we were on the boat or in the theatre or whatever we were touring. The Maid of the Mist was a highlight for us as we had done this boat ride long ago. The Falls are breathtaking and amazing. Would recommend this tour company and tour guide, Christine, to anyone.

Tom was a good tour guide - well versed in the local history and how to manage crowds. He did not communicate a couple of things well and sometimes it was hard to hear him but we all managed. I’d recommend just because of the ease of visiting several attractions without the stress of tickets, parking and directions.
