Pat R. was a great tour guide who worked to make my trip accessible, pointing out easier paths to all your activities or making adjustments pointing to elevators or sloped paths, not steps. This was greatly appreciated as I did not become a burden to others. The group mates were also sweet in recognizing my limitations.
I enjoyed getting wet, no soaked, twice, hearing some history, seeing NY State Parks, and feeling safe the whole way! Niagara Falls is really a marvel and Pat made the tour go well and was enjoyable. He also suggested a visit to the Harriet Tubman museum and Lewiston to eat by the water - very relaxing. We did both and enjoyed them too.
Bottom line, the tour is worth it and Pat R is worth enjoying.
Another tip - we stayed on the Canada side - well worth it for the views of the falls, but took this tour by suggestions as one of the best. It was worth crossing the border to do it.
