We hired Nancy as our private tour guide for four hours. She picked us up at our hotel and drove us in a very comfortable and roomy SUV. She was extremely punctual and was already waiting for us when we came down to meet her. She totally accommodated us to whatever we wanted to do and in what order. Her knowledge of the history of the area and the falls was enlightening. She really made it fun with her upbeat personality. She is very warm and personable. My husband has a bad back and she totally took that into account. Because we were enjoying both her and the tour, he pushed himself past his usual limits! We would highly recommend this tour company and especially Nancy. The owner, Dawn, was amazing to work with as well. The entire tour exceeded our expectations. Five stars all around.

Ask for Party Marty and you're in for a great day of sight-seeing and fun! We were picked up at our hotel in the morning, which could not have been easier, and the whole afternoon was stress free and laid back from there. We had a blast, learned a lot, and got up close and personal with the falls on The Maid of the Mist. We really enjoyed the pitstop at Di Camillo Bakery for a sweet treat, as well as the the visit to Whirlpool National Park. You can tell Marty is a local who really loves his job, he was enthusiastic and full of fun facts, and he even recommended some restaurants and other places to try on our visit, which we appreciated. I recommended bringing some dry shoes and socks for after the boat ride, but definitely book this tour, it's a great time!

If you're considering this tour, consider no further Just DO it. 1st Let me tell you we had very crappy weather, a high of 41ﾟ and misty rain all day. With that being said, our tour guide Shelley made this one of the most enjoyable days of our journey. We got to visit all the highlights of the USA side of the falls And she even gave us an extra treat of stopping at the local bakery which was amazing!! You could visit all of these places on your own where you will pay to park at each location location why bother when you can be picked up at your hotel, enjoy a guided tour, and be dropped back off at the door. You will not regret booking this excursion.
