Absolutely fantastic 7 hour tour with our tour guide Roland. Roland picked us and others up promptly at 9 a.m. and was super thorough making sure everyone had passports, ArriveCAN apps etc. Told us what to expect with customs on both sides of the border as the tour actually started in Canada but we had to cross the border to begin our excursions. The Maid of the Mist is a must do for anyone going to the falls as well as the Cave of The Winds. Roland was great the whole time, giving us fun(ny) stories about the history of the falls. We would book with him again in a heartbeat!

“Team Nick” was the best! He is super friendly, very funny, and full of knowledge about the falls and surrounding area. We ended up having to split off from our family and rejoin the tour later, and Nick was very accommodating and worked with us so we could meet up at lunch and continue on with the group. We had a blast!
