The tour was sop posed to be around 4 1/2 hours. We boarded the shuttle at 10:45. There were several delays in getting the tour started. We did not break for lunch until 3:00 by which time we were starved. At 4:30 we arrived at the second to last stop. Seeing that it would be at least 2 more hours until the shuttle got us to our hotel, we abandoned the tour and made our own way back to the hotel. The air conditioning didn’t reach the back seat of the shuttle - it went over our seats to the rest of the vehicle. Also, for the price of the tour, there could have been a cooler of water. I brought my own bottle but found very few drinking fountains from which to refills it.

Josh was our guide and he really made our tour fun and interesting. The activities included provided different angles to discover the falls and are a good introduction to them. The Falls were beautiful and impressive, and we really enjoyed the boat ride. We loved it! We chose the morning trip. The group wasn't too big, which I really appreciated (I'm not a fan of group trips). Good choice of a shopping mall and food court, too, with quality stuff. I would strongly recommend this tour. I will definitely go back to Niagara Falls, but I'd stay longer. One day was too short!
