I don’t even know what to say because they took my money without providing services to me. When I call for a refund they have told me that I was not allowed to be refunded well , take it as yall want cause I know God will give me 7 times of the money y’all took from me.

Your trip was at 5pm and your driver waited for you until 6pm and you still didn't show up and then you asked for a refund!!! It's entirely your fault you didn't show up and told your driver you'd be there several times. You might at least get a refund if you told your driver you couldn't make it instead of holding him up for an hour.

John our driver was very knowledgeable of the park. Magnolia was a lovely well behaved horse and it was good to know that she is taken good care of. The trip was shortened slightly as it became too hot for the horse but we didn’t mind at all. Really pleased they think about the horse’s welfare.

Adam was lovely! Very good company and gave us an excellent tour along with his beautiful horse, Madison. Perfect day. Would highly recommend.
