Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Seating goes according to weight and balance. Weight maximum is 250 pounds per person. Passengers are weighed at our facility and passengers weighing over the weight limit are required to purchase an additional seat or will forfeit their flight.
Helicopter seats 6 passengers and 1 pilot. All tours are shared with other passengers. All 6 seats must be purchased for a private tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative time or date.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
Passengers must arrive 1 hour prior to scheduled flight time with Identification. It is strongly advised to arrive prior to check in time to avoid being charged late fee *** ***LATE FEE PRICES*** Passengers failing to arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $50.00 per person late fee. Passengers arriving 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $100.00 per person late fee.
New York Helicopter has the right to cancel, change or delay any flight any time for any reason, which includes weather conditions, Temporary Flight Restrictions implemented by the FAA, minimum number of passengers not met for tour, helicopter maintenance and all other circumstances outside of our control.
$50.00 heliport/fuel fee per person (must be paid on site on travel date)
$50.00 heliport/fuel fee for children under the age of 2 (must be paid on site on travel date)

My experience was amazing overall. The ground crew and pilots were exceptional, and we were lucky to have a perfect sunny day for our helicopter flight. My husband and our two daughters were absolutely delighted. However, we encountered some inconveniences. Firstly, when booking we were not informed of the requirement to arrive 45 minutes early. This would have been helpful to know in advance. Additionally, the price we planned to pay was not the final price. Due to our slightly late arrival (at 1:25 p.m. for a 2 p.m. flight), we were forced to pay an extra $200 for the four of us. Additionally, we were charged an additional $180 for another reason. Overall, although the helicopter experience was amazing, we felt a little caught off guard by these unexpected charges when we arrived at the site.

You arrived late after confirming your check in time, ALL directions are posted on the site wether you book with us or 3rd party. You did confirm that you DID NOT read the terms of service, also the fees including the heliport fee which was on your booking.

Incredible unique experience! We arrived well in advance and left early! Very well taken care of! The adorable pilot with whom the flight lasted 20 minutes! Before takeoff we watch an explanatory video! (Remember to take the $45 in cash! And on Sunday there are no buses so arriving by Uber is safer, I recommend it!) I 100% recommend engraved souvenir!
