Our guide Alexis was great. She was very knowledgeable and extremely kind to our talkative 9 year old. I would recommend this trip to anyone who is interested in subways or New York history.

Our family (made up of born and raised New Yorkers + family visiting from abroad) enjoyed learning about the history of the subway and art references in various subway stations - we saw details we've missed on our commute. Our guide AJ was extremely knowledgable and friendly!
