Being a curious type, I found learning the history and evolution of the New York subway system absolutely fascinating! The presenter was humorous, clear communicating and especially knowledgeable 👍. I would take the tour again, myself. Much more would I suggest it to my friends. Thanks for the experience 😁!

Don’t answer phone and didn’t show up. Free money they got from me. Do not recommend trying to get a refund.

Hi Ruby, I am sorry you weren't able to join this tour and understand how disappointed you must have felt! I see that you booked 2 tickets for our 12/11/21 11am Subway tour. Our guide Ben was there on time at the meeting location, and led 5 other guests on this tour which operated as planned between 11am and 1pm. Our customer service team is available 7 days a week by email at [email protected] or via the Viator messenger tool. In order to make up for this experience we would love to either give you a credit so you can join this experience in the future, or issue a refund. Please let us know which option you would like to move forward with and thank you!
