My daughter and I attended the Aug 14 tour led by Ben. We learned so much! Obviously Ben has a vast store of knowledge to share with people about the history of the subway system in New York City. He went above and beyond to share information in an understandable way. We covered a lot of history and he made it fun! Now we are much more vigilant and observant as we travel the underground platforms and subway stations. There is so much to see and understand about the structure and the art that adorn this amazing infrastructure! Thank you Ben!

My boyfriend and I took this tour for a research for his new novel. Ben, our tour guide, was the most loving and experienced guide ever. He knew so much and had the best energy throughout the tour!!! The best!!!

I have lived in New York for several decades and learned a lot on this tour. It was fun and informative. At first I didn’t understand why we were provided earpieces but much of the tour happens in stations and by trains and in these noisy situations, the earpiece helped. Would definitely go again!
