We have been on this tour in the past but brought our children to Hawaii and wanted them to experience the Circle Island tour with Roberts. The whole day was perfectly planned and our tour guide was fantastic. Every stop was perfect. Also of note...accidentally when we were departing the bus, my husbands cell phone fell out of his pocket. This was realized after we were in our hotel room in Waikiki. We called Roberts and asked if someone could search the bus to see if it remained on the bus. As soon as the Guide got back to the company he was asked to search the bus. Sure enough they called and found the phone. Thinking we would need to travel to the company to retrieve the phone, we were pleasantly told that someone would drop the phone off at our hotel!!! We can not thank Roberts tours enough for both their tour and their extreme customer service! We will tell everyone we know! Thank You!!!!

I think this tour is completely bogus it’s a scam. Every spot was literally gimmicky. The tour guide takes you to million shops to sell you things and doesn’t spend any time at the important stops like the dole factory to do the maze or train because you need like a hour +. So we spent all of our 30 minutes to eat at the dole shop…. talk about fun. Then we went to Kualoa Ranch to literally eat for an hour because the tour guide doesn’t give you more then a hour to do any of the excursions. If I were to do this all again if I ever do, I would take the City Bus up to these locations and spend time there to actually do EXCURSION and not for eating only…. Especially at the price you’re paying. I feel like everything here is about squeezing as much money out of you as possible. We left at 7AM and got back at 3:30 PM because the tour guide wanted to get back home. First thing he did was give us a map of what we are seeing on that paper he told everyone to look at the writing on the left corner which said “Gratuity is much Appreciated”.
