Tessa was fabulous. The storytelling made our tour super interesting and fun. Highly recommend doing this historical walking tour - especially since it was a smaller group and Tessa did a wonderful job.

A MUST for seeing great stuff in Old Philadelphia with a wonderful, funny and very knowledgeable guide. Review of Founding Fathers Tour of Philadelphia Pending review This tour was a perfect way to see a part of the city I'd never seen before and learn about its amazing history. Whether you're interested in a new way to understand history or want to see beautiful old buildings, I HIGHLY recommend this tour. It's reasonably priced, well-paced, and our guide, Tim, knows everything you want to find out about each place you visit. For me, Elfreth's Alley, with its impeccably kept homes from the 18th century, was the high point -- you feel like you're walking into history. Loved it!

Tour guide was prompt and knowledgeable. Gave us a basic orientation and historical highlights of Philadelphia. Would have preferred to enter the buildings that were pointed out as well, very few included/open at time of tour.
