This was a fantastic walking tour! Tim is extremely knowledgeable about Philly and his passion for the city clearly comes through! We saw many different sites and I learned so much more than if I was walking around on my own. The tour group was also small which made it even better since it was more personalized. I saw huge groups of people on other tours and was so happy ours was not so crowded! Highly recommend this tour to someone, especially if you're short on time (I only had the day in Philly).

This tour was informative, fun, and paced quickly without being too fast. Our guide knows his history and tells it from an eighteenth century perspective without judging it by the 21st century's ever changing standards. Learn and have fun. You get Betsy Ross, Elfreth's Alley, Christ Church, First Post Office, Franklin home, Carpenter's Hall and Independence Hall. Well worth your money and a lot of fun.He told us that 98% of all trivia answers is Franklin. The other ones are Rocky and Cheesesteaks. When asked who founded the Philosophical Society, I guessed "Rocky", Yes he replied, "Rocky Balboa" and never corrected himself as we laughed. If you want to ride the Big Bus, do so but take this tour first.
