The walking tour was awesome! Sometimes we get overwhelmed with so many things to see and do in a city; I've recently started booking tours of areas just to give us a base of knowledge - then we can pick and choose which sights to delve into more deeply once we get the basics down. Our tour guide was phenomenal (can't remember his name but he owns the company) he was so knowledgable and personable; he made it almost painless to learn history... I'd definitely recommend this activity.

In June, I took the Old City Walking Tour with two guests from Northeast Ohio (I live in NJ). Anytime you can escape Ohio for a few days is a win regardless, but I wanted to make the experience in the Philly area special. We did the 11 AM tour (we were fashionably late but still made it OK a couple minutes tardy) and Tim made the experience simply tremendous. His knowledge was unparalleled and he kept the route light-hearted and humorous throughout. His takes on NJ left me wounded...but his truths were what I needed to hear. All the Old City sites you could want are included, with the route concluding at Independence Hall. The walking is done at a reasonable pace and it was very easy to keep up. If you are lacking time but want a slice of Philly done right...do this tour.

Loved going on this tour with Tim, he makes the tour so fun! We were able to see the most important sites in Philadelphia and acquire so much historical knowledge on the tour. I walked away more knowledgeable! The tour was definitely worth it!
