Must-do if you have limited time. Great jumping off point for further exploration because you’ll want to come back to Philly after experiencing its highlights. Our guide was witty and knowledgeable.

We were fortunate to have Casey, a high school history teacher, as our guide, as he knew quite a bit about old Philadelphia. In particular, I appreciated how he de-bunked Betsy Ross. I also liked his stories about Christ Church. One minor detail, Casey (and his fellow guides) should plan a bathroom break about halfway through the tour.
